Celebrities who quit smoking?

Celebrities who quit smoking include Gwyneth Paltrow, Barack Obama, Jon Stewart, Gisele Bundchen, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michael Douglas, Jennifer Aniston, Anthony Bourdain.

Prince Harry may have once held a reputation as a “party boy,” who was occasionally seen with a Marlboro Light between his fingers. But it seems our favorite prince’s’ unprincely ‘paths may finally be behind him — thanks to the latest addition to the British royal family.

We previously wrote about how Meghan Markle was viewed as the reason Prince Harry put down his beloved Marlboro Lights for good.

The reasons reportedly included a desire to start a family (and we all know that smoking reduces sperm counts, don’t we?) and encourage Harry to adopt a “greener” lifestyle suitable for a modern king. It’s a pity that he is only sixth on the throne.

    Sticky Mucus

A former celebrity smoker who doesn’t want to take breathing for granted is Whoopi Goldberg. The Hollywood actress, who became a daytime talk TV show, stopped smoking after watching a video of two young children suffering from cystic fibrosis (CF), a genetic condition that causes sticky mucus to build up in the body’s organs — especially the lungs — and makes breathing incredibly difficult.

Inspired by her stories and no longer wanted to hurt her own lungs, Whoopi decided it was time to ditch her vice of choice and take control of a situation that had no choice for so many — like those who suffer from CF — have no choice.

    Sing, “Hello…”

Adele may be known for her series of hit ballads, but the “Hello” song stressor said a firm goodbye to smoking cigarettes four years ago.

It was reported that one of her motivations to quit was her fear of dying from a smoking-related illness. And with over 100,000 people dying from smoking-related diseases alone in the UK, this habit remains one of the leading preventable causes of death.

London-based Adele allegedly turned to hypnosis to help her give up her love of cigarettes, but there’s still little to suggest this technique gives long-term results.

    Charlie & Rob

Today, Charlie Sheen quit smoking and encouraged others to quit that habit as it won’t pay you anything.

Celebrities who have quit smoking by watching people who died from smoking are living a happy life with their loved ones..

Rob is experiencing huge benefits of quitting smoking as he is now addicted to exercising and feeling good. The Love Actually actress was apparently a big smoker, and was often seen smoking on set.
